What is this? This is the Skin Clearing Lotion(Moisturizer) in Tea Tree range from The Body Shop. I'm not a fan of the body shop, I only use their body shampoo and massage oil before which is a gift from my relatives. Recently went to the shop just to buy some gift for my mum :) And the promoter says if I buy RM10 more then I can have a free gift which is the body butter. So... Rm10 only.. why not? And this is the product she introduce to me. A moisturizer for oily skin. Its like a sample size and only cost RM10. Nice! Cheap and small... I can try before buying a big tube of it. So I decided to try on this product!
Review:
- Price : RM 42.00 for 50ml at normal price. It's having discounted price at RM33.60 now. (I think this is cheap if its good :D)
- This is the sample size I bought which is 15ml. That's more than enough for me to try ~
- Its actually a gel type which I think its suitable for oily skin.
- Heavy Tea Tree smells. If you dislike that smell, please don't get this LOL
- Not Oily! After apply the skin feels very refresh but not sticky or oily like cream or lotion type do.
- I apply using my toned cotton pad. Feels my skin tighten after the lotion fully absorb into my skins.
- Pores minimizing? hmm.. just a little bit. Not much different
- Oil-Control, YES! but for my super oily face of course will still oily after few hours la...
- For me, moisturizer if not suitable for me skin always make my skin over moisturized and grow blemish.(Super hate that because after that I will throw away that moisturizer). That's why I seldom simply try on different moisturizer. But this Body shop moisturizer works fine on my face ! :D Happy to found a new moisturizer that suitable to my skin~ and I think this is sooo worth for its price ^^
